Strategic support for individuals and organizations to lead from a place of confidence and strength from the inside out.

Find your ground even if the sea around you is turbulent.

How Soulfull Strategies Was Born

I spent a decade as a consultant for social impact organizations evaluating programs and providing strategic recommendations to clients, but I felt that the work could be more impactful and more heartful, and it wasn’t fully completing my heart. More than that, what makes change stick is not the reports we shelve or the numbers we send to the powers that be, it is the relationships we build and what moves us as people. We need both strategies and soul so that the insides reflect our outsides - for us as individuals and collectively as organizations. And we need our souls to be “full” to do that.

And thus, Soulfull Strategies was born. We not only need strategies, we also need to have heart in what we do.

I believe everyone should be able to have the freedom find their creative, soulful inner spirit no matter their circumstances, and I want my clients to have the skills and tools to find their own answers and trust themselves regardless of what “boxes” they have been put in.

So here is my commitment to you:

Support for all stages of the process.

Clients need more continuity than a report with recommendations - they need a strategic partner who can bring their best at all stages of the process, from initial concept through implementation.

Services with a relationship-first approach.

What makes organizations impactful and gets them walking their talk is hands-down the quality of the relationships we build. Data is important, but people are too.

A strategic partner that changes with you.

Organizations face complex and ever-changing environments. Needs change. And so should your strategic partner. I can provide a range and blend of services, including executive coaching, consulting, facilitation, and design support for retreats and other team activities.

Client Stories

“Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined how valuable coaching would be for me and the growth it fostered.”

“Coaching gave me clarity on how I can show up as a leader in my own authentic way. It helped me see that the barriers I created and thought existed were not actual barriers; sometimes we just get in our own way. Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined how valuable coaching would be for me and the growth it fostered. Having the time and space to reflect with a skilled coach is absolutely transformative. I cannot do justice in words to how much I would recommend coaching to anyone though especially to those in leadership roles or aspiring to be in leadership positions! Having a good coach is an invaluable tool and has changed how I look at everything and show up. It has positively impacted so many different aspects of my life, I know that sounds dramatic, but it is so true. Coaching with Rachel was a total game changer for me and I am forever grateful.”

Rachel provided a safe and courageous space for me to explore who I am today and who I want to become. She is truly powerful when connecting my emotions during coaching. Rachel gave me coaching tools during our sessions to support me in getting out of my head and into my body. I have gained so much wisdom from being in my body.  Rachel comes with humor, intelligence and her authenticity is truly admirable - these qualities contributed to my self-discovery journey as a confident leader, woman and entrepreneur.”

“Rachel supported me to focus on the things that matter most to me and get out of my own way to make the decisions and actions I knew I wanted.”

Rachel helped me connect to my values so that I can make clear, intentional choices that serve me. She supported me to focus on the things that matter most to me and get out of my own way to make the decisions and actions I knew I wanted to take but felt less clear about before coaching. Rachel’s coaching brought levity to but also deep understanding of emotional processing and grief, so that I could move through tough times and move forward with intention.”

— Ariel, LCSW
